Full job description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others! Our nursing group home is seeking a talented LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse ) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents with intellectual and physical disabilities. Responsibilitities: . Monitoring/Taking patient vital signs . Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing . Administering medication . Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members . Maintaining accurate patient records 1. Admissions . Collecting specimen samples when needed . Taking an active part in patient care planning . Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and trainings 1. Attend nursing trainings . Preparing patients for transfers or discharge . Assisting in medical procedures . Managing emergency medical situations Pay Rate: $27- $30
