Position Summary

The Data & Systems Analyst supports NexGen IT data reconciliation and produces the analytics and business-intelligence reporting that convert individual record corrections into portfolio-level insight for AFCEC/CI Quality Assurance and the broader FIAR requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile NexGen IT real property data against Government-furnished data sources and identify database year conflicts, system integration issues, and category codes that will not populate due to coding requirements.

  • Support gap analysis during the pre-network-access period: review DoD/Air Force real property regulations, build off-network data-collection templates, and score deficiency categories for audit impact.

  • Produce recurring business analytics reporting on deficiency types by installation and category code, recurrence rates, and the documentation sources that most frequently resolve findings.

  • Support Corrective Action Plan (CAP) monitoring and the monthly CAP report submitted with the MSR.

  • Assist the Program Manager with Data Requirements List maintenance and GFI receipt tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with data reconciliation, analytics, or business intelligence reporting, ideally in a federal or real property context.

  • Working knowledge of database/records-management systems; ability to learn NexGen IT without Government-provided training.

  • U.S. citizen (contract requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Air Force or other DoD real property systems of record.

  • Experience building recurring analytics/reporting deliverables for a federal audit-readiness or compliance program.

  • Proficiency with Excel-based or BI-tool data analysis.

Travel

Primarily hub-based with occasional site travel to support data validation or E&C survey follow-up as workload requires.
