MBSE Engineer

Job Description

An employer is seeking an experienced MBSE Engineer in the Dayton, OH area. You will model systems in SysML v2 and use those models in support of the NASIC / NSIC mission. Candidates will lead the efforts of junior model-based systems engineers. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a technical team and have effective oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create system reference models in SysML v2.
• Perform and lead system analysis.
• Supervise the efforts of other model-based systems engineers.
• Write analysis reports and develop briefings.
• Work independently and in a team environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience of model-based systems engineering experience
• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility
• Strong SysML experience
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Masters Degree
