Full job description

BayCare is looking for its newest IR/EP/Cath Lab, Charge RN in Wesley Chapel, FL. The IR/EP/Cath Lab Charge Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Resident Expert in clinical and technical aspect of Cardiovascular/Interventional. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with no supervision. Assumes Room charge, team leader charge and proctorship of team members when assigned by Manager. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Licensure & Certification:

RN license is required
BLS and ACLS is required

Education:

Required Associate's Nursing

Experience:

Required experience is 2 years Clinical Nursing with at least 1 year of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Emergency Department or Critical Care.

Facility:

BayCare Health System, Electrophysiology-WCH

Location: Wesley Chapel Hospital

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: Yes
