Full job description
We are looking for a talented Service Manager to join our team specializing in Service located in Henderson, CO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead day-to-day service operations, ensuring teams deliver high-quality results while meeting operational goals, productivity targets, and customer expectations.

Develop, coach, and mentor service staff and supervisors by providing timely feedback, performance guidance, and career development opportunities that strengthen team capability.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, address performance gaps, and capitalize on opportunities for operational growth and improvement.

Ensure service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards are consistently achieved while maintaining reliable service delivery.

Proactively identify operational challenges and emerging trends, implementing process improvements that increase efficiency while minimizing disruptions to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Establish, track, and achieve operational goals and performance targets, using data-driven insights to improve results, sustain customer satisfaction, and support broader business objectives.

Strong financial acumen to interpret key performance metrics, manage operational budgets, evaluate business impacts, and make informed decisions that support service and organizational goals.

College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience:

Significant level of relevant technical experience, including supervisory experience, required.
This role will oversee the Engine In-Shop and Field Service department, with full responsibility for day-to-day service operations, team performance, and service delivery across both areas. Ensuring alignment on priorities, drive consistency in execution, and maintain accountability for safety, quality, and customer support across the branch. Alignment with Cummins Values and Leadership Behaviors is required.
Compensation
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
