We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Multi-Crop team in Johnston Iowa . The Supply Chain Analyst supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the North America multi-crop supply chain. This role partners closely with production sites, quality teams, commercial stakeholders, and planning organizations to ensure we are a reliable supplier. This role leverages data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory, production execution, quality outcomes, and customer service performance.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the commercial teams and external labs on product quality decisions, discards, recalls, service calls and risk mitigation activities.
-
Monitor inventory, production progress, and supply risks to support business objectives.
-
Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation plans to address inventory, quality, and production challenges.
-
Storage location management – responsible for the movement of storage locations for shipping, ISL creation and management.
-
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for production, inventory, and quality issues.
-
Utilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to analyze operational performance and support decision-making.
-
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights related to inventory, production, quality, and scheduling.
-
Build strong partnerships across production, quality, commercial, finance, logistics, and planning teams.
-
Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Operations Management, or a related field.
-
Supply planning and inventory management experience
-
Experience with SAP/ERP systems, process improvement, risk assessment and mitigation
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Experience using data to drive business decisions.
-
Strong communication, cross functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business analysis tools.

Experience in supply chain, agriculture, seed production, or operations planning.

Experience with inventory management, production planning, or quality systems.

Knowledge of agricultural supply chains and seasonal production environments.
