Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We’re hiring a Line Lead to support daily warehouse/production operations by leading a line/team, keeping workflow moving efficiently, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on lead role —you’ll work alongside the team while helping coordinate priorities and pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a warehouse line/team to meet hourly/daily production goals

• Keep work flowing by coordinating tasks, staging materials, and communicating priorities

• Train and coach team members on process, safety, and quality expectations

• Monitor productivity and help troubleshoot slowdowns or bottlenecks

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift

• Communicate updates/escalate issues (staffing, quality, equipment, shortages) as needed
