All incumbents grandfathered into job requirements. Education And CredentialsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of certified phlebotomy tech program required. Prior to and during employment in this position, must meet and maintain criteria as per the Fleet Safety Program. Data Entry Alpha Numeric (Hard Copy) required. NYS Drivers License upon hire required. All incumbents grandfathered into job requirements.
