About the Role

In this role, the Tax Law Analyst will research and analyze changes in federal and state tax laws and collaborate with the Content Team to develop content for internal and external audiences. The individual will utilize Tax Institute interpretations, when available, to guide analysis and make initial determinations regarding the impact of tax law changes on clients and stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform research and analysis on federal and state tax law changes.

  • Utilize Tax Institute interpretations as a starting point for tax law analysis when available.

  • Assess the impact of new and changing tax laws on clients and stakeholders.

  • Research and interpret tax form changes and regulatory updates when Tax Institute guidance is unavailable.

  • Create clear, accurate, and user-friendly tax content for multiple audiences.

  • Review content for technical tax accuracy and consistency.

  • Partner closely with the Content Team to ensure information is relevant, helpful, and aligned with business needs.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year minimum related work experience
