Lead Truss Builder – Sanford, FL

Overview

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Scope of Work:

Lead Truss Builders are responsible for overseeing the assembly and production of wood roof and floor trusses in a manufacturing environment. This role includes reading blueprints, operating production equipment, leading crew members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe work practices throughout the fabrication process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead truss crew

  • Read blueprints

  • Assemble wood trusses

  • Operate saw equipment

  • Use pneumatic tools

  • Measure and cut lumber

  • Verify material quality

  • Monitor production output

  • Maintain safety standards

  • Train crew members

  • Stage materials

  • Perform quality inspections
