This role guides individuals through education planning, transcript reviews, and enrollment in programs such as HSD/GED/HSED, ESL, and job skills training, ensuring participants have the resources needed to complete their education and transition into the workforce. Assist W-2 participants in identifying and enrolling in appropriate educational programs including HSD/GED/HSED, ESL, and vocational training. Conduct transcript reviews and assess educational history to determine eligibility and placement. Develop individualized education plans aligned with employment and self-sufficiency goals. Connect participants with community education providers and support services. Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure program completion and workforce readiness. Collaborate with FEPs and other staff to integrate education goals into the W-2 Individual Employment Plan (IEP). Maintain accurate documentation of educational activities, progress, and outcomes.
