  • Conduct risk assessments and product/pricing reviews across RIS offerings, ensuring risks are identified, understood, and appropriately mitigated.
  • Review and challenge key actuarial assumptions, including mortality, longevity, policyholder behavior, expenses, and investment margins.
  • Perform stress testing, scenario analysis, and emerging risk evaluations to assess product profitability under varying conditions.
  • Evaluate actuarial models and asset-liability management (ALM) strategies to support sound product and portfolio performance.
  • Strengthen risk governance by integrating risk management practices into product strategy and providing clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build partnerships, collaborate across stakeholders, and foster effective teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in leveraging approved AI tools, crafting effective prompts, and integrating AI into workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency while maintaining ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retirement product development or retirement financial modeling is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Asset Liability Management (ALM).
