About the Role:

We are seeking a Medical Records professional to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Medical Records professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely medical records for our patients. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records for patients, including but not limited to, documenting patient information, test results, and treatment plans

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health information privacy policies

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and safety

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Records Manager

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or a related field preferred)

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in Medical Records or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
