As a RN Critical Care Children's Float Pool, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn –whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse in Critical Care Children's Float Pool performs the active nursing process consisting of the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients. May assume the role as Team Leader for part or duration of shift.
Qualifications:

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
-
BSN preferred
-
Current BLS certification required
-
Current ACLS certification required
-
2 years current acute care hospital critical care experience required
-
2 years current Pediatric Hospital experience required
-
Pediatric Critical Care Experience strongly preferred.
