How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Streamlines the recruiting process with systems or procedures.

  • Conducts regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges.

  • Ensures that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Assigns tasks, prioritizes and coordinates work. Monitors organizational structure and budget management.

  • Performance management of Talent Acquisition team

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences:

  • Previous Talent Acquisition people leadership experience

  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement strategies that improve recruiting outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop recruiting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
