Job Summary
The Customer Service Project Engineer serves as a strategic liaison between customers and internal business functions to support complex customer opportunities, infrastructure planning, regulatory compliance, revenue growth initiatives, and customer-focused operational solutions. The role coordinates across Customer Service, Distribution, Transmission, Generation, Regulatory, Engineering, Economic Development, and other business units to support informed decision-making, organizational alignment, and successful project execution.

This role helps customers and internal stakeholders evaluate service options, navigate utility processes, understand tariff and rate considerations, and deliver solutions that balance customer needs with operational, engineering, financial, and regulatory requirements. In addition, it leads or supports the development and coordination of customer agreements, contract frameworks, and governance activities, to include contract negotiations and execution.
