Full job description

We’re hiring software engineers at Codes Health. This job will give you ownership and enable you to truly move the needle. That’s what gets every single one of our team members going. What we're looking for

  • Someone who cares about product, but prioritizes shipping
  • Quick learners who know when to hack and when to build it right
  • Engineers who are excited to work directly with our customers

What you'll be doing

  • Building product our customers depend on
  • Creating internal tools to help our ops team move faster and smarter
  • Talking to users and shipping improvements quickly

You might be a fit if

  • You’ve worked at an early-stage startup, or wish you had
  • You’ve shipped features end-to-end in production
  • You’ve explored LLMs and see how they can improve workflows
  • You like working on a fast, lean team

  • Python + FastAPI backend
