Full job description

The Partner Enablement Manager will develop and deliver strategic Partner Enablement initiatives to enhance partner effectiveness and productivity. This role will oversee programs aligned to regional enablement plans, working collaboratively across Sage to drive partner engagement and performance through impactful enablement and coaching. The Partner Enablement Program Manager will also play a key role in defining enablement strategies and addressing high-level challenges in partner engagement. The Partner Enablement Program Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to develop the Partner Enablement blueprint from onboarding to excellence, delivering clearly defined outcomes and timeframes. They will collaborate effectively across the Sage organization to define, agree, and document detailed enablement plans for each region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

This role is hybrid, three days per week onsite in one of the Sage offices.

  • Collaborate with partner leadership and enablement colleagues to enhance partner effectiveness through strategic onboarding and continuous enablement

  • Lead the development and implementation of partner coaching and performance aligned with the Partner Enablement strategy.

  • Provide regional expertise to develop and co-create skills and process enablement with Learning Services

  • Manage multiple strategic programs concurrently, ensuring they meet competency requirements and partner goals · Deliver skills and processes for onboarding new partners and improving their ability to differentiate through the sales process

  • Oversee and review partner enablement content and assets, ensuring they drive a culture of coaching and innovation

  • Build and deliver strategic skills sessions and ongoing coaching to Partner Leaders, focusing on leveraging tools and reports

  • Measure performance improvement, addressing gaps through strategic coaching and activities

  • Regularly report the impact of enablement activities against agreed performance outcomes and objectives to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Channel Enablement, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or related roles.

  • Experience working with VARs, resellers, channel partners, or partner ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, partner development, and customer lifecycle best practices.

  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to coach sales, pre-sales, and customer-facing teams.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate product knowledge into customer value and sales effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence partner performance without direct authority.
