A Day in the Life:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides dedicated support to the Executive Recruitment Manager throughout the C-suite and senior executive hiring process. This role coordinates complex interviews, candidate communications, pre-employment activities, and onboarding while partnering with executive assistants, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate delivers a high-touch experience with exceptional organization, responsiveness, accuracy, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
The salary for this role is $24 an hr.
What You’ll Do:

Provide dedicated coordination and administrative support to the Executive Recruitment Manager across all C-suite and senior executive searches.

Coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones, including executive calendars, candidate communications, travel logistics, interview materials, and follow-up activities.

Help Coordinate pre-employment requirements, relocation, and onboarding for C-suite hires in partnership with Human Resources, Compensation, Legal, IT, Payroll, Facilities, and executive support teams.

Track critical search and onboarding milestones, proactively resolve issues, and handle sensitive and confidential candidate and business information with urgency, discretion, and sound judgment.
What We’re Looking For:
-
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, executive recruiting coordination, Executive Assistant, Human Resources administration, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and multiple time-sensitive executive interviews and onboarding workstreams.

Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other recruiting or scheduling tools.

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Professional communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and proven discretion when working with C-suite leaders, executive assistants, high-profile candidates, and confidential information.
