Full job description
The ServiceNow platform sits at the center of how we deliver and improve technology services across the enterprise. As a ServiceNow & IT Service Management Intern, you will work with the team responsible for keeping those services running efficiently, improving user experiences, and ensuring the technology environment is accurately represented through our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
This is not a "shadow and observe" internship. You will contribute to real initiatives that support service delivery, platform operations, reporting, data quality, and process improvement. Working alongside ServiceNow administrators, process owners, architects, and IT leaders, you'll gain exposure to how a large enterprise manages incidents, requests, knowledge, changes, assets, and configuration data at scale.
You'll learn how technology services are delivered behind the scenes, how data drives operational decisions, and how platforms like ServiceNow help organizations automate work, reduce complexity, and improve outcomes. Whether your interests are in technology operations, process design, platform administration, data analytics, or digital transformation, this internship provides hands-on experience with tools and practices used by enterprise IT organizations every day.
By the end of the internship, you will have a practical understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB fundamentals, ServiceNow administration, reporting and analytics, workflow automation, and the role enterprise platforms play in delivering reliable technology services.
