Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Sales Operations Analyst in Waltham, MA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Job Description :

The Quality Engineer Level II ensures product and process compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards. This role works independently on routine tasks, supports audits, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives. The position requires solid technical knowledge of quality tools, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Log and track customer complaints, lead cross-functional containment and root cause activities, and ensure timely corrective actions.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective internal communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Collect current view of all processes and templates strategic accounts use for internal and external discussion. Prioritize where standardization and improved analytics can provide value for internal and external discussions. Develop process and/or templates then roll out.

  • Support the strategic account leaders to use, implement, and improve standards.

  • Collaborate with other Commercial Operation functions such as Business Unit leaders, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development.

  • Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, consistent follow-up and communications that drive execution of assigned projects.

  • Represent the Strategic Accounts team with other groups and functions to administer customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.

  • Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business insights.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelors degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics/operations, commercial business/portfolio management, or a related field. Finance and Planning analysis in products and services industries

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce strongly preferred

  • Highly analytical and ability to draw insights from big data

  • Demonstrates executive presence and professional communication with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Strong project management skills

Pay Details: $33.00 to $43.00 per hour
