Overview: Access: Supports for Living is seeking an Intensive Supported Housing Case Manager in Monticello, NY. The role involves helping individuals find and maintain stable housing, connecting them with community resources, and providing ongoing support and advocacy. Major Skills Required to Perform the Job: Proficient computer skills Knowledge of Sullivan County services Strong customer service and assessment skills At least 1 year of related experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field Professional references Valid NY State driver's license and own vehicle Criminal background, fingerprinting, and motor vehicle record checks required Shift, Salary, and Benefits: Full-time, MondayThursday, $22.00/hour.
