Key Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Engagement &Business Requirements Gathering

Identify and analyze stakeholders needs, expectations, and influence.

Conduct discovery meetings, interviews, or workshops to gather business requirements.

Document and validate project objectives, business processes, and requirements.

Ensure alignment between business goals, requirements, and project scope.

Maintain a stakeholder engagement plan throughout the project lifecycle.

  1. Project Planning

Develop comprehensive project plans including timeline, milestones, resource needs, budget, quality standards, and communication plans.

Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and RACI matrices.

Coordinate with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to define and plan project tasks.

  1. Execution & Monitoring

Oversee project execution and track progress against the project plan.

Provide regular status updates using dashboards, reports, and meetings.

Address issues, deviations, or bottlenecks promptly.

Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

  1. Risk & Change Management

Identify, assess, and document project risks using risk workshops and analysis tools.

Maintain a risk register and implement mitigation plans.

Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes through a formal change control process.

  1. Resource & Vendor Management

Plan and coordinate business and IT resource allocation.

Support vendor onboarding, technical requirement definition, and compliance activities.

Ensure seamless collaboration with quality, security, and architecture teams.

  1. Communication & Reporting

Develop and maintain communication plans tailored to each stakeholder group.

Lead status meetings, steering committees, risk reviews, and quality meetings.

Present clear, concise project updates and decisions.

  1. Quality Assurance & Delivery

Ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live strategies, and rollout readiness.

Conduct lessons-learned and project closure activities.
