Description:

TheBarback willprovide friendly andexcellent servicetoeveryguestas wellaskeepthebararea cleanandstockedat alltimes.

  • Assist bartenderswiththefunctionandefficiencyofthe restaurantandbar

  • Assist with running food, drinks, clearing and cleaning tables

  • Ensureproperinventoryofliquors,glassware,napkins,strawsandgarnishes

  • Removetrashandkeepbarareasunobstructed,cleanandorganized

  • Assistotherrestaurantpersonnelwith taskswhennecessary

  • Stockandrefillice

  • Ensureproperstockofspirits, wines,andbeer

  • Polishandstock glassware

  • Prepare,stockandreplenishgarnishes as needed

  • Performopeningandclosingtasksasspecified

  • All othertasks anddutiesas assigned

Qualifications:

  • Nightlife experience preferred

  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in anattentive,friendly,courteous andserviceorientedmanner

  • Must beableto lift upto75pounds.
