Full job description
Description We are looking for a Case Manager to join a high-volume personal injury legal team in San Antonio, Texas on a Contract basis. This position plays a key part in keeping cases organized by supporting client communication, document management, claims activity, and coordination with medical providers. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay effective while managing multiple active matters in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:

Organize, review, and maintain medical documentation to ensure case files remain complete, current, and easy to access.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by sharing status updates, answering routine questions, and collecting important case details.

Prepare and process claim-related paperwork while keeping records accurate and aligned with case activity.

Arrange treatment visits with healthcare providers and follow up on scheduling, documentation, and outstanding items.

Assist attorneys and legal support staff with day-to-day file coordination to help matters move forward efficiently.

Monitor due dates, requested records, and pending tasks to reduce delays and support timely case progression.

Communicate with medical offices, clients, and insurance contacts to obtain information and keep parties informed.

Perform administrative and data entry tasks related to case management while maintaining organized electronic and physical files. Requirements • Prior experience in case management, ideally within a personal injury law firm or similar legal environment.

Demonstrated ability to work with medical records, supporting documentation, and claims-related processes.

Strong organizational skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to balance competing priorities and remain productive in a busy, deadline-driven workplace.

Comfort using case management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, providers, and internal staff.

Experience with administrative support and data entry in an office setting that requires accuracy and attention to detail.

Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
