Home Health RN - Monroe, LA

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Home Health contract in Monroe, LA . This assignment runs from October 2026, through December 2026, providing home health services to patients throughout a 50-mile radius of the Monroe area.

Job Details

• Location: Monroe, LA

• Pay: $53–$ 55.90/hour

• Contract: October 2026–December 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

• Coverage Area: Within a 50-mile radius of Monroe, LA

• On-Call/Weekend: One weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing care to patients as ordered.

• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

• Communicate patient care updates and changes in condition to the healthcare team.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned coverage area.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Previous home health nursing experience.

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.

• Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
