Full job description
Assist with event support during student organization fairs, UT Marketplace, Evening of the Stars and other special events. Table on campus to promote programs and services for the Office of the Dean of Students to the campus community. Support registered and sponsored student organizations tabling on campus and ensure they are in compliance with university policies. Manage Microsoft bookings and conduct event consultations. Utilize effective communication skills and provide excellent customer service. Perform other duties as assigned.
