Job Description
Develop and maintain fully integrated, resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning activities. Monitor, analyze, and report project schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, float erosion, and overall project health. Build and maintain intuitive management reports and dashboards that provide actionable project insights. Partner with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment. Identify schedule risks and opportunities and proactively communicate impacts to leadership. Develop schedule recovery plans, acceleration strategies, and "what-if" scenario analyses to support decision-making. Perform schedule compression and mitigation analysis to reduce project delays and associated risks. Lead weekly scheduling reviews and ensure project schedules are updated with accurate progress information from all stakeholders. Provide clear communication and escalation of schedule risks, constraints, and delays. Assist field teams with the development and maintenance of detailed 3-week look-ahead schedules. Support earned value reporting, progress measurement, forecasting, and schedule variance analysis. Ensure schedule deliverables align with project controls standards and client expectations.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years of construction scheduling experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, oil & gas, or mission-critical projects. Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software. Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling principles. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Proven ability to develop baseline schedules, update schedules, perform schedule impact analysis, and create recovery plans. Direct experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing construction projects such as Samsung, Intel, Micron, TSMC, GlobalFoundries, or similar facilities strongly preferred. Experience supporting large-scale industrial megaprojects ($100M+). Knowledge of commissioning and startup scheduling activities. Familiarity with resource loading, cost loading, and integrated project controls practices. Experience supporting EPC, design-build, or owner-side project teams. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Excel reporting tools, or project controls dashboards.
