Overview
The Sales Vendor Manager (Experience Leader) drives sales outcomes across outsourced vendor teams by owning forecast performance, leading executive and change communications, and driving cross-functional initiatives aligned to company priorities. This role partners closely with Vendor Senior Leaders, Operations Directors, and enabling functions to translate strategy into measurable business impact.
This is an individual contributor role that leads through influence rather than formal authority. The ideal candidate brings strong sales execution, strategic thinking, executive communication, and change leadership skills, with the ability to use data, technology, and AI to identify opportunities and improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Own forecast performance in partnership with Vendor Senior Leaders and Operations Directors, using data and conversation insights to develop sales plays that drive performance.

Deliver clear executive-level updates and lead change management communications across outsourced teams, from Front Line Managers through Directors of Operations.

Continuously monitor sales insights and performance data, adjusting sales methodologies and processes to optimize outcomes.

Apply knowledge of the Intuit technology platform, product roadmap, and industry trends to develop solutions that support customer and business needs.

Lead through influence by guiding teams through change, removing barriers, sustaining momentum through setbacks, and driving adoption of new strategies.

Initiate and lead cross-functional projects aligned to organizational priorities and company big bets, bringing together the right partners to drive measurable impact and successful execution.

Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships through consistent engagement, proactive support, and strategic partnership.

Leverage technology, including AI, to develop innovative solutions and improve sales execution and business outcomes.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a related field.

Prior experience as a Front Line Sales Manager, or equivalent coaching or training experience, preferred.

Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level communications and leading change management initiatives.

Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders on sales forecasting and performance.

Proven ability to lead through influence and drive results without formal authority.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data and AI tools to inform strategy and decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from strategy through completion.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Virginia Remote $85,500- $115,500
