NVR – the parent company of Ryan Homes, NV Homes, and Heartland Homes – is searching for a Senior Business Analyst to be integral to our Architectural Services Team, which emphasizes collaboration and innovation. You will support the Architectural Services organization by providing data-driven insights, business planning, financial analysis, and process improvement recommendations that enhance operational performance and accountability, and support strategic decision-making.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze business data, develop dashboards and reports, and perform ad hoc analyses that drive informed business decisions.

  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations to support operational and technology investments.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions.

  • Create and manage the annual business plan for the Architectural Services group, including forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations.

  • Lead portfolio simplification efforts through lifecycle management, SKU rationalization, and portfolio optimization.

  • Partner with stakeholders to establish performance metrics, measure results, and support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as a resource for business processes, reporting, and company data systems.

Qualified applicants have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, including experience developing business cases and translating data into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decisions.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
