Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and designated storage locations. 2. Review production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine materials that need to be moved or distributed. 3. Transport materials from receiving or production areas to storage locations or other designated departments. 4. Sort and organize inventory on racks, shelves, or in bins by size, type, style, color, or product code. 5. Pull and distribute materials, tools, and stock items to production employees and assembly lines. 6. Assemble customer orders and stage them on pallets, shelves, or designated shipping areas. 7. Prepare orders for packing and shipping. 8. Label materials with proper identifying information. 9. Open and inspect incoming containers, crates, boxes, and other shipments. 10. Record quantities of materials received, stored, and distributed. 11. Weigh and count materials to verify accuracy and compliance with company standards. 12. Arrange stock and components in the correct sequence for assembly operations. 13. Enter and maintain inventory information within the computer system. 14. Prepare parcels and packages for mailing. 15. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work environment. 16. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Requirements 1. High school diploma or GED required. 2. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 1. Minimum of 1-3 months of related warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred. 2. Ability to work with basic math, including currency, weights, measurements, volume, and distance. 3. Ability to follow simple one- and two-step instructions. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in standardized work environments. 5. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping. 6. Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. 7. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. 8. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. 9. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. 10. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits. Preferred Qualifications 1. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. 2. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. 3. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. 4. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handlers. Physical Capabilities 1. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. 2. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. 3. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. 4.
