Salary:$19.00 Hourly **Position Summary: ** Perform all manure-processing functions to produce a higher-quality product that meets Herbruck's strictest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Maintain and operate fertilizer machinery {=html} - All augers and conveyors - Rotary drum dryer - Bag house and Cyclone - Pellet mills {=html} - Work on conveyance - Run equipment to process manure - Lubing of equipment - Perform maintenance on equipment - Operating heavy wheeled loaders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts - Cleaningand maintaining equipment - Any other duties assigned by management - Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of biosecurity to preserve the health and welfare of our birds Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age - Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned - Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations - Able to work around moving machinery comfortably - Working in a farm environment with very dusty conditions - Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine or birds - Valid Driver's License.
