SUMMARY: A Production Specialist uses hand tools and machines to assemble a variety of products following standardized methods. He/She must also be able to achieve the daily production goals, meet quality standards and follow safety procedures. Production Specialist 1 works in a variety of positions in work cells and must have supervision when doing changeovers and setups. MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to sit or stand for 8-10 hour per day Must be able to perform repetitive motion using arms, hands, and wrists.
