About the opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer. The successful candidate will be motivated to drive process improvements with a specific focus on quality within the manufacturing of circuit card assemblies (CCA's). The successful candidate will support:
SAFETY
Ensure compliance to all aspects of Safety
Proactively maintain a safe working environment
Comply with audits
PRODUCT PROCESS EFFICIENCY
Define and improve fixturing and tooling
Reduce cycle times, maintaining once optimal
Reduce touch time, maintaining once optimal
Eliminate bottlenecks
Maintain optimal utilization, initiating improvements where possible and applicable
Provide input into costing and practices cost control
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Some -level technical skills and knowledge of technical requirements and system flows skills relevant to job / area of work.

General understanding of electronics manufacturing process.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, industrial, systems, engineering, or other relevant discipline.

Lean Manufacturing Exposure.
-
Statistical Analysis including SPC, CpK, MSA, DOE.
-
Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt.

Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64935 - $110390
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
