  • Assist in development, review, maintenance, and coordination of T&E strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, test plans, test procedures, data-analysis plans, schedules, and technical reports.

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of developmental, operational, qualification, integration, flight, ground, and other test activities, as applicable.

  • Coordinate assigned test-planning actions with Government customers, contractors, range personnel, engineering teams, and external test organizations.

  • Support T&E coordination with the 96th Test Wing, 728th Test Wing, 53rd Wing, 780th Test Squadron, and other national test ranges and organizations, as required.

  • Develop and maintain test schedules, action-item trackers, decision logs, risk registers, test-status reports, and meeting records.

  • Assist with preparation for test readiness reviews, technical interchange meetings, Integrated Test Team meetings, range coordination meetings, and program-management reviews.

  • Review test plans, procedures, instrumentation plans, data products, technical reports, and contractor deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with program requirements.

  • Assist with test-data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting; identify trends, anomalies, data gaps, and potential performance concerns for senior review.

  • Support investigation and documentation of test anomalies, deficiencies, and corrective actions; track associated actions through closure.

  • Assist in developing test scenarios, success criteria, measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, and data-collection requirements.

  • Support development of briefings, read-aheads, issue papers, executive summaries, and decision-support products for Government and program leadership.

  • Assist with integration of modeling and simulation, digital-engineering, and data-management tools into T&E planning and analysis activities.

  • Coordinate across engineering, program management, logistics, contracting, manufacturing, and test organizations to ensure assigned T&E actions are completed on schedule.

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site (Eglin AFB, FL)

  • Travel Requirements: Moderate, 20-40%

  • Working Hours: Standard – Core hours 0900 - 1500

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active DoW Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, operations research, or another relevant technical discipline.

  • Five or more years of experience supporting test and evaluation, systems engineering, weapon-system engineering, flight test, program management, or related defense acquisition activities.

  • Experience supporting planning, coordination, execution, documentation, or analysis of weapon-system test events.

  • Familiarity with defense acquisition T&E processes, test documentation, test scheduling, technical reporting, and risk management.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams that include Government personnel, contractors, engineers, test organizations, and program-management stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage assigned tasks, track actions and suspense dates, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate progress to team leadership.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, meeting materials, and status updates.
