Full job description
FocusKPI is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 4-5 days/week)
Duration: 3-month contract with a possibility of extension depending on your performance
Pay Range: $55 - 65/hr
Responsibilities:

Responsible for recruiting technical and commercial professionals, including managing the professional hire selection and hiring process of candidates.

Sourcing and screening applicants.

Conducting telephone interviews, final assessments, and managing offers.

Seek out candidates through networking, social media, and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions.

Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews.

Extend job offers to applicants who pass screening and interviews and are approved by management by providing an offer letter and discussing the position's benefits, requirements, and details.

Maintain applicant paperwork throughout the process and set up new human resource records for new hires.
Qualifications:
-
Recommend 7-10 years of experience.

Bachelor's degree is required; a minimum of 5+ years of experience is mandatory.

Highly experienced in recruiting, Candidate sourcing, Applicant screening, Telephone interviews, and Managing offers.

Current experience making offers for a large software tech company (Fortune 100).

One who knows the current industry.

Additional requirements: Final assessments, Networking, Social media, Offer letters, human resources records.

Needs to communicate well and be self-motivated.

Organized and uses reporting dashboards for hiring managers.
