Case Managers

Candidates must have a strong background in social services and behavioral management. Under the supervision of management staff, the Case Manager will provide supportive services to individuals and low-income families, helping them access resources and connecting them with the appropriate support programs. What You'll Be Doing: - Provide case management services to clients with social service and behavioral needs - Conduct intake interviews and assessments to identify client needs, goals, and matching resource programs - Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress toward goals - Connect clients with community resources, housing options, and supportive programs - Provide behavioral management guidance and support to clients and families - Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case documentation - Collaborate with outside agencies, service providers, and internal teams to ensure effective support - Conduct home visits, outreach, and follow-ups as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred - At least 2 years of experience in social services, behavioral health, or case management - Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations - Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality - Computer literacy and strong organizational skills - Bilingual English/Spanish required - Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by phone - Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally for home visits and client support - Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 35 lbs Pay, Schedule, and Location: - Pay Rate: $20.92/hour - Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday - Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Location: Bakersfield, CA - Temp-to-hire opportunity Benefits Available: - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance - $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits - Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) - Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children - Pet insurance available - Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities Hiring Requirements: - Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States - As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
