Wise Snacks is seeking a Branch Manager in our North Carolina location. The primary purpose of this role is to Manage the branch in order to maximize sales, increase profitability, facilitate growth and minimize expenses. You will also ensure that all branch operations and selling are executed in an environment that reflects the Arca Continental cultural principles of the way we work.
Responsibilities
You'll plan and execute sales initiatives to improve topline sales and profits

Use clear communication to advise the sales team of growth objectives and their role in achieving them.

Develop strategies to achieve sales growth objectives.

Provide support as necessary to execute growth strategy.

Ensure all elements necessary for the success of the sales plan are available.

Evaluate performance of sales programs with the sales team.

Develop new and improved strategies to assist in the growth of our brands.

Manage and grow both Wise-owned brands and partner brands by developing sales, distribution, and merchandising strategies that drive profitable growth and market share.
You'll focus on account development

Understand customer needs and how to collaborate with them to fill those needs.

Establish and nourish relationships in all accounts in order to become a primary snacks provider.

Identify new customers in order to grow our brands.

Expand distribution opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships to grow both company-owned and partner brand portfolios.
You'll provide branch management
-
Ensure all associates understand the company mission, policies, and protocols.
-
Review branch expenses to be compliant with forecast budget.
-
Plan to reduce expenses where possible.
-
Communicate inventory and material needs to the Warehouse Manager for the timely execution of sales programs.

Lead branch execution to ensure sales, merchandising, delivery, and operational objectives are achieved across all assigned brands.
You'll provide personnel development

Communicate company policies.
-
Educate and train staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
-
Provide personal engagement with staff to assist in individual goal setting and achievement.

Ensure staff work under company cultural principles.
You'll manage independent operator relations

Engage Ios and RSR (Company owned route) to establish a true business partnership.

Provide product, selling, and merchandising education.

Provide selling support as necessary to facilitate execution of sales objectives.

Provide regular communication to receive feedback regarding changes and trends in the market.

Communicate best practices to support continued growth of sales and route equity.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing preferred.

At least 10 years' experience with WebSnak System.
-
At least 10 years' experience with BI Tool.
-
At least 10 years' experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
-
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time to support customers, branch operations, sales initiatives, and field execution.
