Service Partner Recruiting Associate

Description We are looking for a motivated Service Partner Recruiting Associate to join a construction and contractor-focused team in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport quickly, and identifying service providers with relevant experience for seasonal commercial outdoor work. The role centers on proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and evaluating potential partners based on their capabilities, equipment, and readiness to support project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective service partners to introduce available seasonal commercial opportunities involving grounds-related services.

• Reconnect with providers who have not replied to prior outreach and assess their current level of interest in participating.

• Screen potential partners by gathering details about their experience, service capacity, and the equipment they can supply under contract.

• Develop positive working relationships with contractors and service providers through clear, consistent communication.

• Collaborate closely with a subject matter expert to better understand role expectations and strengthen provider evaluations.

• Record call outcomes, provider details, and recruiting activity accurately in tracking tools and internal records.

• Use phone and email communication to maintain engagement with prospects and help move conversations toward commitment.

• Support scheduling and coordination activities needed to advance service partners with relevant experience through the recruitment process. Requirements • Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls and confidently engage new contacts.

• Strong verbal communication skills with a calm, direct, and detail-oriented approach.

• Comfortable working independently and staying organized in a fast-paced outreach environment.

• Background in outdoor trades, contractor services, recruiting, or a related field is preferred.

• Skilled in relationship-building and able to create a friendly, trustworthy experience for prospects.

• Proficiency with basic administrative tools, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry systems.
