Job Description As a Global Fulfillment COE Specialist, you will lead transformational change across a global network of fulfillment centers by driving standardization, operational excellence, and strategic project execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams across operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics providers to improve fulfillment performance, scalability, and value realization. You will report to the Global Fulfillment Center of Excellence Manager and have a hybrid work schedule. Your Responsibilities: Improve consistency and efficiency across global fulfillment centers by developing standards, procedures, best practices, training programs, and audit routines that ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Manage two to three major transformation projects concurrently, including scope definition, milestone planning, resource alignment, risk management, communication, implementation, and project closure. Lead project intake, prioritization, and governance activities by maintaining visibility to scope, status, risks, dependencies, decision rights, and escalations across multiple initiatives. Define and measure value realization across cost, service, productivity, and throughput metrics, partnering with analysts to validate and report project outcomes. Coordinate with operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics partners to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and deliver leadership-ready recommendations.
