Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Administrator II to provide hands-on desktop and deskside support across a corporate headquarters and multiple manufacturing and office locations. This person will troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues, support Windows and MacOS environments, manage tickets, assist with new-hire technology deployments, and provide technology support for meetings and executive users as needed. They will also participate in IT projects, hardware refreshes, asset audits, network compliance initiatives, and technology standardization efforts. This individual will independently manage an assigned territory and regularly travel to supported locations for preventative support, site assessments, project work, and technology deployments.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of desktop/deskside support experience
  • Strong Windows support experience
  • Hardware, software, printer, and connectivity troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage tickets and multiple priorities
  • Professionalism and executive presence
  • MacOS support experience
  • Executive or white-glove support experience
  • Experience supporting both corporate office and manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or geographically dispersed locations
  • Project-based IT experience
  • Experience with technology asset management, hardware refreshes, or technology standardization initiatives
