Full job description
For a full-service dental laboratories company providing dental prosthetic appliances (American Dental Designs, Inc. - Montgomeryville, PA): responsible for the design, fabrication, and repair offull-arch hybrid dentures, fixed ceramic prosthetics, and orthodontic appliances, including night guards, clear aligners, and retainers; collaborate with dentists, prosthodontists and orthodontists to review prescriptions, 3D scans, and digital impressions, to ensure precision in design and fit; utilize CAD/CAM systems, milling machines, 3Dprinters and traditional hand tools to fabricate and modify dental and orthodontic appliances tailored to patient-specific requirements; responsible for inspecting completed cases to guarantee compliance with clinical prescriptions and aesthetic standards; manage the procurement and inventory of materials, maintain comprehensive records of all cases, and remain abreast of the latest advancements in dental technology; engage in team meetings, offering technical insights on appliance design, material selection, and production timelines. Requirements: 1. Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Dental Surgery, Dentistry, Biology or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician. The required experience must include design and fabrication of removable prothesis including complete and partial dentures and crown and bridge. 3. Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, dental designing and dental milling.
