Job Description:
The Director of Digital Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for enterprise digital service functions across UT Shared Information Services. This role is responsible for portal strategy and support, production control and operational support, identity and access management, business relationship management, and marketing and communications. The Director ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, customer-focused digital services that align technology capabilities with business priorities and institutional objectives.
