SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize / automate SAP's business processes and improve work efficiency. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Resolve complex issues in own area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects); Decisions/solutions can enhance current and future; design and strategy. Represents SAP to customers; Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand. Advocating for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promoting the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. Develops and provides systems, applications, products and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency and provides the expert support in operations. Revises and updates existing programs and provides required documentation. Facilitates the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system / service / product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. BASE SALARY RANGE: $127,525 to $216,128 per year COMP RANGE INCLUSIVE OF BASE SALARY & VARIABLE INCENTIVE TARGET: $144,500 to $245,600 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/wk - Hybrid Work Model. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2. Experience must involve four (4) years in the following: 3. Administering and maintaining SAP systems (S/4HANA, ERP, or NetWeaver) and databases (HANA, Oracle, ASE, or SQL Server); 4. Providing Full Cycle Support for Implementations including sizing, installations, configuration, Go-live, maintenance and operational; 5. Managing system copy processes across both homogeneous and heterogeneous SAP environments; 6. Managing all operational aspects of solutions across cloud environments; 7. Supporting maintenance activities including OS patching, Kernel patching, Database patching, Support packs, JAVA Patches, performance tuning, database capacity, space management, Pre and Post Go Live activities, Cutover planning, UAT and Hyper care support; 8. Finetuning SQL statements, workload analysis, Operating system performance and monitoring and tuning parameters; 9. Configuring and maintaining SAP system integrations with third-party products, providing technical documentation, and supporting de-escalation efforts; and 10. Defining and resolving problems in running computer systems. 11. Position does require up to 20% domestic travel to various and unanticipated customer sites to support ECS project implementations and ongoing system maintenance. Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $127,525 - $216,128. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $144,500 - $245,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
