As a Sr. Product Designer for Hertz, you will lead the design of enterprise and operations-facing digital products that support the day-to-day execution of our rental, fleet management, and mobility operations. You will work within a highly collaborative "3-in-a-box" partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and Design, while also maintaining close relationships with Operations and Business stakeholders who are critical to product success.

  • Translate complex operational processes into intuitive, efficient digital experiences.

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product strategy and design decisions.

  • Work with developers and QA to ensure solutions are functional, scalable, and meet design specifications.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across products and operational workflows.

  • Create UX deliverables including journey maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and executive-level presentations.

  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems and operational design patterns.

  • Mentor junior designers and elevate design quality through feedback and collaboration.
