Role Summary:

The Food & Beverage Category Coordinator supports the Category Management team in executing assortment strategies, maintaining category reporting, coordinating vendor communications, and ensuring successful implementation of category initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support assortment management activities for assigned product categories.
  • Coordinate item setup, maintenance, and SKU lifecycle management across systems.
  • Maintain category calendars and track launches, tests, resets, and promotions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate vendor meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Support product launches, pricing analysis, planogram execution, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-3 years of relevant experience with analytics, planning, theater management/operations, or category management experience.

Skills & Abilities

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Power BI experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail math and inventory metrics.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Relex or similar planogram software experience preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Proactive and collaborative.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Possesses a willingness to learn.
