THE ROLE: Food & Beverage Manager LOCATION: AT&T Stadium - Dallas Cowboys | Arlington, TX

About the Role The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily and event-day food and beverage operations within a high-volume sports and entertainment venue. This role will have significant responsibility for purchasing, alcohol and beverage management, inventory control, operational SOPs, staffing, cost management, and guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong food and beverage management experience, demonstrated purchasing and inventory expertise, strong knowledge of spirits and beverage programs, and experience in a stadium, arena, entertainment venue, hotel, or other high-volume hospitality environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)
- Oversee daily and event-day operations for assigned food and beverage outlets, bars, premium areas, and special events.
- Supervise, train, and develop Food & Beverage Supervisors, Leads, and hourly team members.
- Develop staffing plans and schedules based on event attendance, business needs, and operational requirements.
- Manage purchasing activities, including ordering, product selection, requisitions, receiving, invoices, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, cocktails, and beverage products and support beverage program execution.
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and event-based inventory counts, reconciliations, transfers, par levels, and variance reporting.
- Monitor product usage, waste, spoilage, breakage, comps, and other inventory activity to control costs and improve profitability.
- Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Culinary, Operations, HR, vendors, and staffing partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs related to purchasing, receiving, inventory, alcohol management, outlet opening/closing, service standards, and event-day operations.
- Analyze sales, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure outlets are properly stocked, organized, clean, safe, and prepared for each event.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event walkthroughs and make real-time operational adjustments based on attendance, sales, staffing, and inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable TABC, alcohol service, food safety, health, sanitation, and venue requirements.
- Assist with catering, premium hospitality, concerts, sporting events, and other large-scale venue programs.
- Address guest concerns and service issues while maintaining a high level of guest experience.
- Participate in weekly operations and event planning meetings and communicate operational issues and opportunities to leadership.
- Ensure all required financial, inventory, purchasing, payroll, safety, and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and timely.
- Report safety incidents and injuries into Origami Risk on the same day they are reported.
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume hospitality, restaurant, stadium, arena, hotel, or entertainment environment.
- Purchasing and procurement experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits and beverage operations; wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge preferred.
- Stadium, arena, sports, entertainment, or large-scale venue experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management, purchasing, receiving, par levels, reconciliations, waste, and cost controls.
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs and operational processes.
- Strong understanding of F&B financials, including cost of goods, labor, purchasing, inventory, sales, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must maintain required company, venue, food safety, alcohol service, and other applicable certifications.
- Must follow all company, venue, OSHA, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- This role is based on site at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX
- You must have the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours.
