Full job description

Speech Language Pathologist (Queens NY)Provide early intervention to newborns to 3-year old. Assess, diagnose & treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, swallowing & related disorders. Select alternate communication systems & teach their use. Teach children how to make sounds, improve their voice & increase language skills. Help patients develop communication skills. Counsel patients & families how to cope with stress. Maintain patient records. Travel to day care centers & homes in NYC 3 to 5 times per week. Reqts: Masters in Speech Language Pathology or foreign equiv + 1 yr exp as SLP & NY SLP license. $80/hr, 40 hrs/wk. Send c.v. to AlliedMedix Resources Inc. Attn: C.
