What You Can Expect
We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in San Diego to provide support for technology based solutions both locally and remotely.
How You'll Create Impact

You will provide direct customer support for Zimmer IT assets.

You will execute and help define IT processes and standards.

You will enforce global/local security policies.

You will fully document IT support issues and their resolution for increased team efficiency in meeting customer needs.

You will assist other IT staff in various IT projects, as needed.

You have a strong understanding of end-user IT technology; basic understanding of networking technology preferred.

Your Background

You have High School diploma ; bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.

Preferably you have technical IT certifications.

You have 1-3 years of experience in computer maintenance and support or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel Expectations

No travel required, this is an onsite role.

Expected compensation for the role is $50,000 - $64,000 base per year plus performance bonuses.
