JOB SUMMARY

Marriott International is the world’s largest hotel company, with more brands, more hotels and more opportunities for associates to grow and succeed. Be where you can do your best work, begin your purpose, belong to an amazing global team, and become the best version of you.

The FLEX Manager, Global Compliance plays a key role in supporting Marriott International’s global ethics, compliance, and whistleblower programs. We are looking for a curious, driven, and analytical professional who is excited to learn how a global compliance program operates at scale. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who may not have deep compliance experience but brings strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

This role will primarily be dedicated to supporting the internal investigations program. The FLEX Manager, Global Compliance will triage concerns received through Marriott's Business Integrity Line (complaints hotline), create cases for concerns reported through channels outside the Business Integrity Line, and monitor and triage designated intake mailboxes, including [email protected] . The role will review allegations, capture relevant information in the case management system, assess appropriate routing and risk considerations, and coordinate with investigators and other stakeholders.

This role will also support Marriott's sanctions compliance program. The FLEX Manager, Global Compliance will review and analyze sanctions screening alerts and compare available identifying information to determine whether a person or entity identified in screening results is the same person or entity connected to the relevant business relationship, such as a potential owner or other third party. The role will document the analysis and escalate potential matches in accordance with program requirements.

The individual in this role must demonstrate exceptional judgment, analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional partners in a fast-moving global environment. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, global operations, and data-driven decision-making—providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in compliance, risk, investigations, or governance.

This is a fixed duration position through 12/31/2027, based at MI Corporate Headquarters and work a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
